Cert revoked on driver in catalog - Who to call?

I have a bad driver downloaded from DCU, and I'm not sure who to contact about it.

The cert on the digital signature for the update Chipset_Driver_CPNKY_WN32_9.3.0.1019_A00.EXE reports it was revoked.

This is an update that I'd like to get installed on my 9010s, and I'd prefer to use the DCU utility to do so.
