thanks , my laptop mousepad is perfectly fine after i install some software from Dell ,
but for the USB problem , there is still cant be fix ...
My Dell laptop have 3 USB port , and only 1 of it can function .
i did things that you ask me to do which is from "run" type "typesysdm.cpl" but it say cant be find .
so i click that following link and do the things they say , I have download USB Dell software , after that , it still cant be used , and then i go for Dell PC Diagnostic page . and do some Diagnostic , then end of the process they ask me to test weather if can work , but result is "fail" , and till now I have no idea how to fix my USB port already , please help me ....
By the way , there is still have 1 more problem ....
I'm currently in Taiwan , when my harddisk have problem , i send to workshop , and i told them to help me put everything in english , but the language system is still in Chinese , when i go to control Panel -> language and region , then i go to Keyboard and language tab , and choose "reinstall/uninstall language" i try to uninstall the "chinese" language " but it don't let me to do so , is there any solution for this ? thanks lot
