You dont habe to deinstall the old version. But it have seen that after adding the new version to a existing baseline a scan doesnt recognize the new version.
To make your life easier add vmwaredepot.dell.com/index.xml as a patch source in VUM and press the download now button. Use "dell" as filter for vendor name to find the patches in the repository but most likely just scroll to the bottom and create a baseline.
